returns and exchange policy

 We accept returns and exchanges of items purchased on 2202lovecolombo.com if they are requested within 07 days of the date your order was shipped. 

Returns for original form of payment will be subject to a restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund: 

• 650 restocking fee when you return to our courier partner
• 350 restocking fee when you return via any courier or postal service.
• 0 restocking fee for an exchange or a refund to a store credit. (Visiting our warehouse in Kelaniya or Colombo 11)

Items must be unused and in their original condition with all tags attached. 

Items marked as Final Sale or on sale at 50% off or over are not eligible for returns or exchanges. 

Refunds 

Once your return is received, inspected and approved, your refund will be issued to the method selected in the return process. Note that refunds can take up to 7-10 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times between financial organizations.
